What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and can I order samples?
To support initial cooperation, our MOQ starts at 1,000 pcs, and we support mixing different flavors. Sample orders are highly welcome to test our quality and service before bulk ordering.
Can I print my custom logo?
Yes, full OEM/ODM customization services are available. You can print your logo on the vape body, bottom, and packaging, or opt for a laser-etched logo on the heating base or battery cap. Custom indicator light colors are also available.
How do I order and what are the shipping & payment terms?
Please contact us with your required model and quantity to get the latest quote. Once the Proforma Invoice (PI) is confirmed and payment (Paypal, Western Union, or TT) is received, we will ship your order. Delivery is handled via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, taking 3-7 days. Lead times are 1 working day for samples, 3-7 working days for wholesale orders, and 7-15 working days for OEM orders.
What is your after-sales service policy?
We provide a 6-month warranty on our products (excluding human factors). All items are strictly inspected, keeping the defect rate below 3‰. If any defect occurs during transportation or proper use, replacements will be provided in your next order.
